Turnkey Process

Here we make investing in real estate straight forward and easy. We take the guess work out of the process by creating a win/win situation for both investors and company. We believe that we simplify investing in real estate if we bring willing investors to the table with our simple, tried and tested recipe for success. Below is a simplified break down of our turnkey process as it relates to both parties.

1. We find and secure contract to purchase properties that fit into our secondary market profile (example: Dayton, OH, ST. Louis, MO., Kansas City, MO. etc.)
2. Investors loan  on properties to be purchased with fixed rate interest only returns of loans between 3-5 yrs with balloon at end of loan
3. Investors loans are secured by property in 1st position Deed of Trust or Mortgage (  Depending on State)
4. Set up system of debt service payments to investors.
